8. Warranty and Returns

8.1 Manufacturer Warranty (New Products)

All new products sold by Funki Fone come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers may contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacements during the warranty period, or contact Funki Fone Support for assistance initiating a claim.

8.2 Funki Fone Warranty (Refurbished & Pre-Owned Products)

All refurbished or pre-owned products come with a 12-month Funki Fone warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

8.3 Returns Policy

Customers may return faulty items within 30 days of receipt for repair, replacement, or refund (subject to inspection).
For unwanted items, please refer to our Unwanted Product Policy, which allows returns within 48 hours of delivery for store credit, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel their online order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
