Returns & Exchanges

Need to return a device? No worries — we’ve made the process quick and easy.

You can return any undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to start a return:

  1. Log in to your Funki Fone account → go to Orders → click Get Help.
  2. Follow the guided steps to submit your return request.
  3. You’ll receive an email with your return label and shipping instructions.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, or under our 1-year warranty if:

  • The seller can’t repair or replace your device, or
  • There’s a verified hardware defect.

How refunds are processed:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds go back to your original payment card.
  • PayPal: Refunds return to your PayPal account within 5 business days.

Check your refund status:

  • Watch for a confirmation email once processed.
  • Log in to your account → “Orders” → look for the Refunded banner.
  • Or check your ongoing support conversation.

💡 Refunds may take a few extra days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty & Repairs

All Funki Fone devices come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing or technical defects.

This does not cover:

  • Physical or liquid damage
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., reduced battery life)
  • Devices opened or altered by third parties

If your item is covered:

We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund — whichever applies.

If not covered, the device will be returned unrepaired.

💡 You can still trade in your old or faulty phone for cash through our refurbisher network.

Transaction Reference Number (TRN)

A TRN helps trace your refund if there’s a bank delay.

To request one:

  1. Contact us via our Return & Refund form.
  2. Provide your order number, refund amount, payment method, and date of refund.

    We’ll send your TRN for tracking purposes.

Important Payment Information:

• Credit cards are not charged until order products are shipped.
• Some debit and bank check cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. This is an authorization only. Funds will be collected by Funki Fone upon shipment of products.
• For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
• Merchandise Return Cards are valid for in-store purchases only.

Let's Get Started

• Shop online at Funki Fone and add products to your shopping cart.
• When you're ready to check out, go to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
• Enter your gift card number and unique PIN (codes are case sensitive) in section 4: payment details.
• Please save your gift card for future use if it covers the full amount of the transaction. If your gift card only covers a portion of the transaction, an additional form of payment is required.
• If you have a gift card that does not have a PIN, it cannot be redeemed online and can only be redeemed at a Funki Fone Website. In order to use your gift card online, your remaining balance can be transferred to a new gift card at your Funki Fone Account.
• When making a purchase online at Funki Fone, you may redeem up to 5 gift cards per order.
• Gift cards are not accepted for auto ship orders.
• Purchases of gift cards are not eligible for Treats points.
• Merchandise Return cards are valid in-store only and cannot be used to purchase items online.

Where do you ship?

Funki Fone ships throughout the United Kingdom.

We deliver to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Shipping Highlights:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! At Funki Fone, we are committed to sustainability.

All of our packaging materials are 100% recyclable, including boxes, inserts, and protective wraps.

Tips for Recycling:

  • Remove any plastic or non-paper components before recycling.
  • Flatten boxes to save space in recycling bins.
  • Check your local recycling guidelines for proper disposal.
